If a running agent's terminal fails its identity check, OpenRig says it needs attention and `rig restore-check` tells you what to do. A restore can still report a problem with an agent that works.
A running agent whose current pane fails its identity check reads attention_required. The stored startup result moves to storedStartupStatus, and rig restore-check names the verdict and what to do.
