Reinstalling a stopped team replaces conflicting files only in the folder it was installed into, after backing them up. Install into any other folder and conflicting files are refused before anything is written. Teams installed before 0.6.7 get a recorded folder at their next install.
Reinstalling over a stopped team backs up and replaces conflicting files only in the folder the team was installed into. Installing into another folder gets first-install behaviour, refusing conflicting files before anything is written.
