Your own Claude Code and Codex sessions get two OpenRig skills, kept current on every upgrade, including rigs, which walks an agent from installing OpenRig to a team doing the work. A rigs copy you added yourself with npx is left alone; remove it if you want OpenRig to keep it updated.
The daemon now copies two skills for your own Claude Code and Codex sessions into ~/.claude/skills and ~/.agents/skills: rigs, which takes an agent from installing OpenRig to a team doing the work, and refocusing. They're refreshed on every upgrade.
A `rigs` copy you added earlier with `npx skills add` has no OpenRig marker, so it's left alone and not refreshed; remove it if you want OpenRig to keep it current.
