The advisor setting now points at an agent every install has, the kernel's advisor, and writing a restore packet without flags targets the agent's own rig.
agents.advisor_session now defaults to the kernel's advisor agent, which every install has, and rig restore-packet write without flags targets the calling agent's own rig.
