The built-in teams are now a shorter list with plainer names: starter (a builder and a reviewer) for a first team, factory (a lead and six other agents) for bigger work, and specialist teams such as code-review and research.

The shelf is now starter (a Claude Code builder and a Codex reviewer), factory (a lead, an advisor, a builder, QA, design and two reviewers), the specialist teams code-review, research and pm, plus secrets-manager and the kernel. Shipped help, skills and onboarding use the new names.
